Items are not eligible for returns. 

Refunds:

Original artworks are not eligible for refunds. If the item is lost or damaged then a partial refund of %50 may be issued. 

Prints are eligible for full refunds if the item is lost or damaged. If your refund is approved you will receive a refund through your original payment method.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
